  • In 2020, more remote workers and digital nomads gained the freedom to work from anywhere than ever before. But to confidently take life on the road, away from reliable home internet, they needed peace of mind that they won't miss an important zoom meeting and put their job at risk.

  • Outdoor hospitality brands tout the belief that you need to unplug to recharge, creating shame around bringing tech into nature. Knowing that modern amenities and wifi could become table-stakes as standard amenities in the future — we elevated the freedom to navigate work-life integration to the heart of the brand.

  • The concept resonated with potential investors. Stay tuned for future updates.

Since the pandemic began, I'd been paying close attention to shifts in the cultural landscape. So I had strong instincts about positioning this outdoor hospitality concept at the forefront of emerging market trends and meeting unmet audience needs.

Researching the future of travel and remote work and conducting a competitive analysis revealed whitespace — critical to shaping distinct brand positioning and product offering. I partnered with the CEO to name the company, develop the brand, create the content marketing strategy, and craft a pitch deck for potential investors.

Together, we aligned all operations, accommodations, amenities, the food & beverage program, and marketing to the concept of navigating work-life integration — which as the only tech-friendly outdoor hospitality destination, is at the heart of the brand.

Defining the audience by mindset.

We targeted a "Modern-Explorer" mindset — united by shared beliefs and desires. One such desire is creating space for "more" — more purpose, growth, connections, choice, freedom, and experience. The freedom and choice to navigate their work-life balance is essential to reaching their full potential. Tech makes them feel close when they’re far and lets them show up for meaningful personal and professional opportunities.
